On behalf of the HSE Flu Vaccine Programme Kellys Pharmacy will offer flu vaccinations to any students up to the age of 17. This will take place on Monday 18th November in Kishoge CC. See below for more information.
If you wish for your child to receive the vaccination then you must fill in the consent form that was sent by text to you. If you want the consent form sent again please contact reception@kishogecc.ie
